'Arana designed and delivered at Patient centred Leadership Programme for Arden, Hereford and Worcester LETC during 2015/16. They were consistently professional and responsive to the brief given by the leadership group and provided updates and feedback on a regular basis. Through using their leadership development expertise, the programme offered both individual and system leadership theory and practice.
The programme was delivered across two hub sites to reflect the geographical needs of the two cohorts, and the team were very flexible in their delivery; changing dates, allowing transfers for sessions and individual catch up sessions to facilitate the best learning from participants. Arana undertook incremental and end of programme evaluation to ensure they could adapt the programme during its delivery and at its completion using a recognised approach, and support reflective practice for individuals. The final evaluation demonstrated positive impact on individuals in their leadership skills and experience and their increased awareness of and impact in the systems in which they work. Arana offered constructive feedback on how provider organisations could improve the local management of participants to maximise impact through their projects and working.
On this basis, I would recommend Arana as a provider of leadership development programmes.'
